After completing the last of the 10 Kings Challenge web study activities, each twin was presented with a personalised feedback page. This page was only presented once; on logging in at a later date, the feedback page was not presented again.
Note that, in order to discourage cheating, feedback was not provided for individual items in any one of the tests, except for the practice items.
The feedback page was designed to present each twin with an overall summary score (the raw total score from the 10 subtests, up to a maximum of 123), and a star rating to describe their performance in each of the 10 main activities, based on a percentage of the maximum available subtest score. The star ratings are 1 star for less than 25%, 2 stars for 25-50%, 3 stars for 50-75%, 4 stars for 75-100%, and 5 stars for 100%.
A sample image of the feedback page is reproduced below, as it would have appeared to a (very low-scoring) twin after completing the Kings Challenge web battery. Note that this appeared on a single, long web page, but in the example below the image has been split in two for ease of presentation.
